My name is Peter Packham and I am the director of Packham Services (south east) Limited, my company was established in 2019, however I have over 24 years’ experience working in the construction industry and am now looking to expand within the local area.
I have carried out many contracts over the years for Kent County Council covering groundworks and bridge structures. Completing new bridge installation as well as maintenance of existing structures, civil engineering, tarmac, concrete, brick work and all types of groundwork.
I have had recent contracts with local schools including Cornwallis, New Line learning and Tiger Primary part of Future Schools Trust and Coxheath Primary School. Completing new footpath and disabled access projects, an electrical lighting change over project to make the schools more energy efficient long-term, and general electrical and building maintenance.
As well as the above commercial work I carry out domestic building services which include, patio’s extensions, driveways and much more.
I am qualified at Level 3 City and Guilds in brick laying and Electrics, I have full public liability insurance and am DBS checked.
